Ben Pakulski, The Pak-Man


Of Polish origins, Ben Pakulski was born in Toronto Canada, and started weightlifting at the age of 15. While pursuing his interest in bodybuilding, he completed his university studies, graduating with honours in kinesiology.

He is mostly known for winning the Mr. Canada contest in 2008. After becoming an IFBB bodybuilder, he participated in several pro competitions, including a couple of Mr. Olympia contests. While growing up, his favourite bodybuilders were Lee Priest and Dorian Yates.
